Wild mushrooms and wine… it's magical!
The art of preparing wild mushrooms and blending them with wine, that's what the Auberge des Appalaches in Sutton offers you with its mycology workshop.
Activities
Accompanied by expert Louise Fortin, learn the picking techniques; identify the various mushrooms in your harvest and learn to distinguish their respective flavours; discover the many ways to prepare your mushrooms and their marriage with wines from the Wine Route.
Over the course of the evening a five-course meal around the theme of mushrooms will be served, accompanied by the best regional wines.
