September 18, 19, 25 and 26

The vineyards de l'Orpailleur, de la Bauge, Domaine Bresee, Domaine du Ridge, Gagliano, Les Brome, Val Caudalies and the all-new Domaine Vitis will be celebrating by grilling up regional products on vine shoots.

The vineyard Domaine des Côtes d'Ardoise will serve brunches.

Activities

Some of them will be presenting live music to season the atmosphere with joy. As well, they will take the opportunity to introduce the new vintage of white wine. Harvesting with the vintner, tasting the gruff, public markets and guided tours are also on the agenda. (voir volet Récolter pour plus de details)

Vignoble de l'Orpailleur

  • Public market featuring regional products
  • Tasting of «bourru» wine (raisin juice partially fermented)
  • The Tire-Bouchon Restaurant and l'Orpailleur present Sergei Trofanov and friends on Friday, October 8 during the 2010 Wine Harvest Festival. Dinner is served at 6 pm and offers a choice of several menus at $25. per person. The show starts at 9 pm and tickets are $15. per person. As places are limited, reservations must be made at the restaurant 450 295-3335
  • Our restaurant's «Wine Harvest» special dish is : poached basa fish, cardamone infused white Seyval leaf, classic white wine and lemon zest sauce served with warm olive oil bunch of grapes: $18.95
  • Furthermore, the Tire-Bouchon and l'Orpailleur will serve Italian sausages with homemade mustards: $6

Vignoble Domaine Bresee

September 18

  • Bresee wine fudge tasting made by La Vie Sucrée  1$ from 10am to 6pm
  • Tasting of spices SPICED KISSED from 10 am to 6pm. Free

September 19

  • Demonstration by Cameron Gagnon PUBLIC WOODCARDVING. Free

Vignoble de la Bauge

Val Caudalies

  • Cheese and salmon smoked on vine shoots served on French bread
  • Guided tour. Cost: $6.

Les Diurnes

  • Street musicians
  • Grilled chicken and salmon burgers served between noon and 5 pm. Cost: $6.

Domaine du Ridge

  • Music
  • Grilled Vaudois sausage and plate of regional products (cheeses, delicatessen meat, pâté, French bread, jelly and pickles) Cost: $15.

Domaine des Côtes d'Ardoise

  • «Grape Harvest» Brunch with local products: September 19 and 26
  • Free tasting of vineyard wines for brunch guests
