Would you like to share a meal with a vintner? That's what La Girondine is offering, a friendly country table in Frelighsburg, one of the most beautiful villages in Quebec. The fresh menu is prepared using products from the farm, which raises ducks, lambs, rabbits and guinea fowl.

The dining rooms of Auberge et Spa West Brome and Hôtel Château Bromont will join the festivities by way of gourmet promotions featuring regional cuisine and white wine. Also, La Cidrerie Fleurs de pommiers in Dunham will offer tastings which will allow you to discover a variety of regional products.

Decanted Series and Auberge Château Bromont

The popular Decanted Series is back for a third season.

The excellent wines of the region will be taking the spotlight with an interactive tasting by our sommelier and wine critic Guénael Revel and his special guest chef Philippe Mollé, the official spokesperson of the Wine Route.

This evenign will be be no exception since we will have the privilidge of having no other thant the incredible Cécile Doo Kingue trio. Soul, versatility and passion compose the triumviral force behind Cécile Doo_kingue's sound.

7:00 pm Doors open. Glass of wine and appetizers served
7:30 pm Greeting words
7:40 pm Interactive wine tasting with Guénael Revel
8:00 pm Start of 4 course meal (small presentation of each wine served, suprises)
9:00 pm Musical concert begins
10:30 pm End of evening
