This car ride will take you along some of the nicest country roads in the area. You’ll also come across five magnificent vineyards, two of which are certified organic (Vignoble Pigeon Hill and Clos Saragnat). Along the way, you can take a break to indulge in the Sucrerie de l’érable’s famous maple syrup pie or taste the delicious treats of Capeline & Chocolat in Bedford.

Start your day in Bedford. Suggestions:
Explore Bedford on foot, wandering through its downtown, crossing its two pedestrian bridges over the river, and strolling the Keith-Sornberger nature trail. Stop by the boutique Les Petits Plaisirs du Roy, the chocolate shop Capeline & Chocolat, the boutique and café Atelier Trema, the jewelry workshop Baron Designs, or the Fromagerie Missiska.
Second Stop
Vignoble l'Ardennais
The charm of the countryside begins as soon as you turn onto Ridge Road: a picturesque road lined with centuries-old maples. The first vines were planted in 1994 in soil ideal for this cultivation. “Our vision is to cultivate the vine while nourishing the land and respecting the wildlife that inhabits it.”
The main grape varieties Pinot Noir, Seyval, Chancellor, Petite Pearl, Riesling and Marquette are vinified as naturally as possible.
Come and enjoy our terrace where you can taste our wines accompanied by a platter of antipasti.
Third Stop 2
Domaine du Ridge
In the heart of the vineyards, come taste what nature has to offer at the Domaine du Ridge. Once on Ridge road you will find yourself in a natural tunnel of majestic trees that lead you to our vineyard. The pastoral landscape charms all passerbys and our wines impress all tastebuds!

Fourth Stop
Vignoble le Di-Vin
Rich in 25 years of experience in growing vines before settling, it was in 2021 that the owners of Vignoble Le Di-Vin marketed their first wines.
Established in a microclimate ideal for cultivating vines, the Vignoble Le Di-Vin applies cultivation methods that promote biodiversity and respect for the environment, in particular the planting of different plants (green manure) and tillage. It is therefore with the constant concern for continuous improvement of its techniques that the vineyard has recently equipped itself with ultramodern equipment that has already proven itself in Europe.
