The charm of the countryside begins as soon as you turn onto Chemin du Ridge: a picturesque road lined with century-old maple trees. The first vines were planted in 1994 in schist soil that is ideal for growing grapes. The main grape varieties Pinot Noir, Seyval, Chancellor, Petite Pearl, Riesling and Marquette are vinified as naturally as possible. Come and enjoy their organic wines on the terrace, accompanied by a platter of antipasti.
