We can find many vineyards near the Mount SUTTON<\/a> and Bromont, montagne d\u2019exp\u00e9riences<\/a> ski resorts. As I mentioned in the introduction, the Route des vins vineyards are less crowded during winter. Therefore, you\u2019ll likely have a more intimate experience with the staff on site. You\u2019ll be able to take your time and ask all the questions that come to mind and learn more about viticulture in Qu\u00e9bec.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To\u00a0Savour\u00a0Ice\u00a0Wine<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Qu\u00e9bec\u2019s nordic climate is ideal to produce delicious ice wines. To produce this type of wine, grapes are harvested and pressed when the temperature fluctuates between -8 \u00b0C and -12 \u00b0C. The result is a remarkably sweet wine. For ice wine, we recommend stopping at the vineyard l\u2019Orpailleur<\/a>, in Dunham. Their ice wine has given the domain its renown and has won awards in many international competitions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
