Clos Saragnat
Since July 2025, Pierre and Gabrielle have taken over Clos Saragnat, a pioneer of natural cider in Quebec. True to the estate's heritage, they will continue their low-intervention methods, both in the cellar and in the vineyards and orchards. Working with indigenous yeasts and spontaneous fermentations remains central to their approach, preserving the expression and character of the fruit. Clos Saragnat will thus continue to produce dry, bitter, and sweet ciders, as well as ice cider and wines, with respect for nature and the terroir.
