Domaine des Côtes d’Ardoise
The first and oldest vineyard still in operation in Québec made its debut in 1980 with the plantation of Maréchal Foch, Seyval blanc and Pinot noir. In the spring of 1983, the first bottles of white and red are put on sale in the most perfect illegality! Throughout the years, efforts and determination of the winemakers have enabled to obtain a quality of competitive production and a deserved recognition. Today, the estate cultivates 45,000 plants on an area of 11 hectares. Visitors can picnic or enjoy light meals on site. Flowered paths allow visitors to move around where are placed several monumental sculptures, Nature & Creation.
