Day 1 – The Red Route
First Stop: The Vignoble du Ruisseau Vineyard
The family-owned Vignoble du Ruisseau is at once a vineyard, a distillery, a cider house, an organic maple grove and a country-style restaurant established within a simply magnificent setting. Guided tours, tastings, bistro on embers, vineyard dinners… your visit here will undoubtedly prove to be a rich educational and flavoursome experience.

Second Stop: Vignoble Gagliano
In Dunham, Little Italy is where the Gagliano family will take you with its Sicilian cultural heritage. Italy means good wine (the vineyard’s wines have received many awards), but it also means. . . pizza! In addition to the tastings, the terrace and the picnic area, the Gagliano Vineyard offers tasty pizzas baked in a wood-burning oven.

Third Stop: Dunham’s Coeur Villageois
This village, the very first township of the Eastern Townships, is sure to pique your interest! The microbrewery, farmer’s market, antique shops, bakery, the artisans, the boutiques. . . Its Anglo-Saxon charm and a rich culture, along with its rural countryside ambiance, will have you come back again and again!

Fourth Stop: Domaine du Ridge
For 25 years now, this family-owned vineyard has been operating on an absolutely bucolic and enchanting site! A terrace, a boutique, tastings, a picnic area, a pétanque court… There are plenty of activities to choose from. Various tasting packages are also available upon reservation.

Fifth Stop: Frelighsburg
With its exceptional location near the American border, surrounded by orchards and crisscrossed by the Rivière aux Brochets, Frelighsburg is located at the foot of Mount Pinnacle, one of the last remaining wilderness areas near Montréal. Cafés, restaurants, a market, a network of walking trails and a rich built heritage are just some of the reasons you’ll want to linger here.

Day 2 – The Blue Circuit
First Stop: The Vignoble de la Bauge Vineyard
The Naud family has been growing grapevines in Brigham for 30 years and it’s now the founder’s son, Simon, who runs the estate. Book a guided tour, take advantage of the beautiful terrace where you’ll enjoy local food and wine pairings with homemade terrines and charcuteries, local cheeses and chocolates. Then, stop by the animal park to say hello to the residents.

Second Stop: Ferme Cidricole Équinoxe Cider Production
More than an orchard, more than a cider house, Ferme Cidricole Équinoxe is the vision of the future two young entrepreneurs have in mind for the past few years. Apples, pears, plums, honeyberries, sea buckthorn and more are all grown here. The site, the huge terrace, the ciders as savoury as they are original, and the two owners with their contagious energy, one visit and you’ll be totally delighted.

Third Stop: Balnea spa + réserve thermale
End your day on a mountainside surrounded by a breathtakingly beautiful environment and enjoy a moment of absolute relaxation. Nature baths, thermal circuit, open water swimming, inspired treatments from all around the world, eclectic rest areas, mountain hiking, yoga by the domain’s private lake and much more. A must: the LUMAMI restaurant located on site. There you can enjoy fine cuisine inspired by nature. A selection of foods is even carefully grown in the BALNÉA gardens.

Day 3 – The Yellow Circuit
First Stop: La Belle Alliance
In Shefford, this small, family-owned vineyard and boutique wine cellar works from the field to the bottle to present quality products with plenty of stories to tell. The rocky soil composition of the region (schist, green and black slate and sandstone) creates the rich and distinctive terroir that is honoured in each of the vineyard’s cuvées.

Second Stop: Léon Courville, vigneron
Nestled on the slopes of Mount Brome, this vineyard overlooks Brome Lake Valley with its breathtaking views. Taste their wines while relaxing on the terrace, enjoy the picnic area for a lunch break or take a guided tour. These are just some of the options for enjoying the beauty of the site.
