Le Ruisseau
Located in Dunham at nearly 300 metres above sea level, the vineyard Le Ruisseau is an agrotourism estate that brings together a winery, distillery, cider house, organic maple grove, and restaurant.
The vineyard grows cold-climate Vinifera grape varieties, including Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Riesling, Merlot, Gewürztraminer, and Cabernet Sauvignon.
The estate offers an exceptional setting featuring a covered bridge, a vaulted barrel cellar, a two-level winery, indoor and outdoor tasting areas, and a boutique showcasing local products and maple-inspired specialties.
At Le Sarment restaurant, the cuisine highlights products grown and raised on the estate, including harvests from the gardens as well as beef and pork from the farm. Inspired by the terroir and the changing seasons, this culinary experience delights both curious food lovers and dedicated wine enthusiasts throughout the year.
Restaurant Le Sarment
Ronan Ulliac is the chef leading our restaurant on the second floor. Originally from the Nantes region in France, he refined his craft in Michelin‑starred establishments in France, New York, and Montréal. Winner of the 2023 season of Les Chefs!, he skillfully blends the classic techniques of French cuisine with a contemporary approach inspired by Québec’s terroir and the rhythm of the seasons.
