Le Clos Saragnat produces an unusual wine, straw wine and these certified organic ciders. The vineyard is owned by two enthusiastic peasants, Louise and Christian. We owe to Christian Barthomeuf the invention of ice cider in 1989. A great agri-food success in Quebec. Between June 20 and September 27, a visit is planned for everyone at 2 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays. Reservation by email is required. (number of people limited) The cost is $ 15 per person including tastings. On other days the visit is available for groups of 6 or more by reservation. The walk through the vineyard and the orchard which is offered to you at Clos Saragnat is worth a detour.
