A White Wine for Amateurs of Red?

Évolution Blanc 2019
Producer: Vignoble de La Bauge

To pair with oven baked canapés, artichoke and vegetable dips, homemade humus and country pâtés.

A blend of Frontenac gris, Frontenac Blanc and Vidal, this dry white wine surprises with its intense tropical fruit, peach, pear and pineapple aromas. Slightly smoked and unctuous on the palate, this wine has a lot of character and will convince many red wine amateurs!
